Imen Maaroufi Clark is the founder and CEO of Prickly Pear Health, a voice-first digital health company advancing women’s brain health through AI-powered, personalized actionable insights. Her work bridges Human-Centered AI, Behavioral Design, and Health Innovation to promote cognitive resilience, emotional well-being, and equitable access to care. With experience spanning Asia, North Africa, Europe, and North America, Imen brings a global perspective to inclusive, empathy-driven innovation.

A TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 Startup Battlefield 200 founder and Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, she previously co-founded a startup that patented motion-capture technology translating movement into music for neurodegenerative care. She also served as the youngest board member at Novant Health. Imen champions the use of AI and immersive technology to advance women’s health and unlock human potential, shaping a future where innovation fosters holistic well-being and joyful resilience.

She holds degrees from Tunis Business School and Hult International Business School, and completed Executive Education in Design Thinking at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
