AI Agent 101 Workshop
Hands-On Workshop

Build and test an AI agent with us. Leave with one working agent and the framework to build the next one yourself.

AI agents are everywhere. But hearing about them and knowing how to build one are two very different things.

On September 16, WOMEN x AI will take you step by step from understanding agentic AI, to recognizing where agents are useful, to building and testing one yourself.

You’ll learn:

🤖 What makes an AI agent different from a prompt or chatbot
🧭 How to recognize when a task would benefit from an agent
🎯 How to give an agent a clear goal, context and the right tools
🛠️ How to build, test, troubleshoot and improve an agent
🧠 Where human judgment still matters

We’ll move between practical instruction, live building and small-group support so you can ask questions and work through challenges as you build.

No coding, technical background or perfect idea required.

Already experimenting with agents? You’ll strengthen how you scope, test and improve what you build.

You’ll leave with:

✨ An AI agent you built and tested
✨ A practical framework for identifying future agent opportunities
✨ Step-by-step instructions to help you build your next one
✨ Greater confidence turning a repetitive task into a useful AI workflow

We’ll bring together women leaders, founders, recruiters, hiring managers, and members of the WxAI community for practical conversations, hands-on learning, and meaningful connections.
