Jenny Kay Pollock

Jenny Kay Pollock is an American entrepreneur, advisor, and keynote speaker. She is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of WOMEN x AI (WxAI), a global community amplifying female voices in artificial intelligence and supporting women in the field. She is the founder of Luminizing Growth, a fractional Chief Marketing Officer consultancy for high-tech companies.

Pollock serves on the Silicon Valley Executive Board of How Women Lead and invests in early-stage women-founded startups. She is an angel investor with Gaingels, and an LP at Emmeline Ventures. She specializes in growth marketing, AI strategy, startup advising, digital transformation, and women’s leadership.
