Jenny Kay Pollock is a founder, advisor, speaker, and community builder based in Silicon Valley. She is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of WOMEN x AI (WxAI), a community and leadership platform helping women and underrepresented leaders build AI confidence, visibility, and practical fluency. She is the founder of Luminizing Growth, where she helps founders and teams clarify their growth strategy, positioning, partnerships, and next move.

Jenny's work sits at the intersection of AI adoption, organizational transformation, executive leadership, community-led learning, and trust-based growth. She helps leaders understand not only what AI can do, but what AI requires from teams, boards, founders, and organizations.

She has been a keynote speaker at App Promotion Summit, Mobile Apps Unlimited, and other global forums and has been honored with a Women in AI Award.
