Joanna Ridgway

Joanna Ridgway is Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Cien.ai, an Al native data analytics platform that seamlessly and securely delivers actionable growth insights in days from B2B CRM systems. She leads the business development efforts and strategy to deliver Cien.ai's transformative RevOps analytics to leading B2B businesses, PE PortCos and Management Consulting Firms. A recognized financial services executive, Joanna led Santander Bank's Southwest Region Corporate Banking team from 2018-2023; previous experience includes BofA, Fifth Third, JPMorgan and Hudson Advisors. Also a Venture Partner at at Transitions First, she invests in and advises early-stage, sustainable industrial companies transforming supply chains through advanced materials or patented, innovative manufacturing processes.

Committed to transatlantic cooperation, Joanna is a German Marshall Fund Memorial Fellow, British American Project Fellow and serves as Vice Chair of the World Affairs Council DFW Board of Directors and the Texas Women's Foundation Economic Leadership Council and member of the Dallas chapter of the Private Director Association. She has been recognized for her community and corporate leadership as a Dallas Business Journal Women in Business Awardee (2021) and selected to DCEO List of 500 Most Powerful Business Leaders.

Passionate about music, Joanna also is an active violinist/fiddler, and performs with the Dallas based fiddle duo June Blount, with six-time national fiddle champion Roberta Rast Smith. The duo has delivered two TEDX talks (2016 and 2020) on American Folk Fiddle styles and in addition to performing at marquee events, have donated performances and education about fiddling at local schools. Joanna earned her B.A. in Business from Rhodes College and resides in Dallas with her husband and two children.
