Lori Adams-Brown

Lori Adams-Brown is a global talent and transformation executive working where AI strategy meets human-centered organizational design. With 15+ years of C-suite advisory experience across living three continents, she focuses on the part of AI transformation that most often fails: the people, culture, and structures that determine whether new technology actually changes how work gets done. As Founder and Principal Advisor of Brava Global Advisory, Lori guides executive teams through AI-era organizational design and leadership development using her VOICE Framework™ and Aligned Action™ methodologies.


Lori is a Culture Design Consultant with the Human Score Collective where she advises companies on AI adoption and workforce transformation. Earlier, she was brought in to lead enterprise-wide leadership transformation at Hyve Solutions a $64B AI hardware company (NYSE: SNX), partnering directly with the Founder, President and COO across global sites in Asia, Europe, and the US. She serves as a Board Advisor to the Center for Creative Leadership. She has served on two nonprofit boards for women's empowerment and human rights. Raised in Costa Rica and Venezuela, Lori spent over 15 years working in Indonesia and Singapore.


With an M.A. in Intercultural Studies, she speaks six languages and has traveled to 33 countries for her work. She hosts A World of Difference, a top 3% global podcast ranked in the top 50 in Business, Leadership and Travel, amplifying the global voices, including women, who are shaping the future of work globally.
