Rachel Wong is a learning architect and AI product developer building at the intersection of artificial intelligence, education, and accessibility. With a Computer Science degree and a Master's in Learning Design, she has spent over a decade creating transformative learning experiences at leading tech companies — scaling programs across Meta's 1,000+ person Design organization, launching developer certifications for enterprise partners like Apple and Deloitte at Shopify, and engineering AI-powered platform features from concept to production. Now Rachel is channeling that dual expertise into building AI products that are inclusive by design — tools that support how people actually think, move, and engage rather than demanding they adapt. A second-generation Asian American raised in Hawaiʻi, she brings a culturally grounded, human-first lens to responsible technology. Rachel advises Women x AI on curriculum and learning strategy, helping women leaders move from AI-curious to AI-confident. She speaks on responsible tech, generative AI, and accessible innovation.
"I love that this community is full of super talented, open minded women who love to "yes and" and build up the women around them. From being a part of the first cohort to connecting 1:1 with the women in the WxAI community, I've grown so much in just the 3 months I've been a part of the WxAI community." - Rachel Wong
Rachel frequently speaks on accessibility, responsible tech, ethical AI, building AI tools with human-first approach.
