Reut Lazo

Reut Lazo is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of WOMEN x AI (WxAI), where she is leading efforts to make the AI era more inclusive. Through her work, she amplifies diverse voices, builds global networks, and helps underrepresented groups access opportunities in technology.

She serves on the board of AI 2030, an initiative focused on ensuring AI benefits humanity, and was honored with VentureBeat’s AI Mentorship Award in recognition of her impact in guiding women leaders in AI.

Reut is also an accomplished product management executive with expertise in biotech and emerging technologies. She has driven innovation across healthcare and life sciences, delivering solutions at the intersection of human health and technology. In addition, she regularly leads AI workshops and training sessions, including at the AI User Conference, LinkUnite, and Tulane University, helping women build practical AI skills.
