Tamara Gracon

Tamara Gracon is a seasoned executive and board member. After nearly 20 years at KPMG valuing businesses and their technology, often as part of large transformation initiatives, she runs her own strategy consulting firm TBG Consulting. She works with many early stage founders, often in the tech sector.

Her passion project is board advocacy for bringing talented executives into board service and empowering them to excel in the boardroom. She is a Private Directors Association Board Member and a Silicon Valley Executive Board Member for How Women Lead. She is also a Founding LP for the venture fund, How Women Invest.
