She holds both an MBA and a doctorate in business and brings more than 15 years of experience across companies including LinkedIn, Expedia, and LegalZoom, where she has built and scaled strategies spanning customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, demand generation, and revenue growth.

During her decade at LinkedIn, Hava led global growth and lifecycle initiatives, including launching the company’s first referral program and developing programs that contributed to significant business growth.
