WOMEN x AI | Introducing the AI Titans Tools Council

At WOMEN x AI, we're always looking for meaningful ways to spotlight the brilliance of our community. In that spirit, we’re proud to announce the formation of our AI Titans Tools Council — an invite-only collective of women founders and operators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.

Why the AI Tools Council?

Let’s face it: AI is evolving fast.

But women are still underrepresented in adopting and leading with these tools. We created the AI Titans Tools Council to change that narrative by building a trusted, ever-evolving AI stack that reflects how real women in tech are getting results.

Meg McWilliams and Jenny Wilde came up with the idea and pitched it to Reut Lazo and Jenny Kay Pollock.

Immediately we knew this was something that would bring value to our community. We're so happy they choose to launch their idea with WOMENxAI.

Each member of the Council brings deep, hands-on experience with AI tools that power their companies and careers. We meet every other month to prune, update, and share a "live stack" — a curated list of tools we actually use, love, and recommend (warts and all).

What We Do

The Council exists to:

  • Curate a battle-tested stack of AI tools across use cases (from automation to marketing to product dev)

  • Share tips, workflows, and real-world results (including flops!)

  • Provide visibility into how women in early-stage leadership roles use AI every day

We believe sharing how we use tools is just as important as what we use. Even when we use the same tool, our workflows differ—and those nuances are gold.

Inside the Stack

Every tool listed comes with:

  • A one-line use case

  • Who’s using it

  • Tips & tricks

  • Where it falls short

  • A "Still using?" check every 60 days to keep the list fresh

We’re not interested in shiny object syndrome. Each tool must be approved by peers and regularly reviewed to stay in the stack.

Sneak Peek: Our Current Faves

Want a taste of what’s in the stack? Here are some of the early favorites:

  • ChatGPT (GPT-4o) – Strategy sprints, email drafts, meeting notes

  • Limitless – Transcripts + summaries for high-impact conversations

  • Granola – Note capture and thought organization made frictionless

Check out our full list (plus how we use them!) in our AI Titians Tool Council Review | June 2025.

What’s Next

This is just the beginning. We plan to:

  • Publish updates every other month

  • Feature top workflows from Council members

  • Open applications in early 2026 for the next cohort

Until then, if you see someone sharing their favorite tools on social, give them a high five — because it's how we learn AI in community.

A Note on Transparency

These tools are peer-tested and reflect the real experiences of our AI Titans Tool Council members.

We don’t represent any vendor or affiliate. Always check the privacy policy and terms of any tool you use.

Want to Learn More?

We’ll be sharing more about the AI Tools Council and what we’re building together. In the meantime, stay tuned for:

  • Tool deep-dives

  • Thought leadership on where AI tools are headed next

Let’s build the future together—one workflow at a time.
