For our in person AI Board Governance in Practice event on 3/19/2025 we used the following resources. We also wanted to extend a huge thank you to the Silicon Valley AI Hub for hosting us and sponsoring the event. The AI Board Governance Compass Is comprised of four quadrants individual, board, organization and stakeholder. Each of them has 4 sub components for a total of 16 elements that boards should score themselves on.
